Cloudonix is built to be a trusted partner for voice AI infrastructure, with security, privacy, and compliance embedded into the platform's architecture from day one. We maintain multiple certifications and regulatory alignments, including ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

ISO 27001:2013 Certification

Cloudonix holds ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, demonstrating our commitment to establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS). This certification ensures rigorous data protection practices and gives our clients assurance that Cloudonix operates in accordance with internationally recognized security standards.

GDPR Compliance

With respect to the General Data Protection Regulation, Cloudonix — as a service provider — retains only the call-related information mandated by law. The platform does not track end users. Data collection is limited to newsletter subscribers and direct customers who require billing and technical support information.

CCPA Compliance

Similar to our GDPR protections, the California Consumer Privacy Act safeguards end-user data on the Cloudonix platform. We apply the same data-retention principles here: minimal collection, limited to legally required call information and voluntarily provided customer data.

HIPAA Compliance

Because Cloudonix does not retain or manipulate the data passing through its network, executing a Business Associate Addendum (BAA) is straightforward for customers with healthcare compliance requirements. Contact our sales team to request a BAA for your account.
