Callbox is an Israeli call tracking and Marketing Automation provider. With hover 300 active customers, the Callbox service (originally based upon Twilio’s CPaaS and a 3rd party service) was rapidly becoming unsustainable as its unit economics were no longer fitted to the Covid-19 reality.
Callbox was looking to improve its financials and enable more 3rd party control for their customers. Following a 2 week PoC with an insurance company, Callbox chose Cloudonix to empower its continued growth.
Following the PoC, Callbox continued to rapidly onboard over 80% of corporate customer to the Cloudonix platform – rapidly yielding as much as 50% cost savings and more. Currently, Callbox has integrated the Cloudonix platform to multiple insurance companies, healthcare providers,cable operators and more.
